The Kingman Police Department is requesting the public's assistance to locate a missing and and endangered male. David Proa, 61 of Kingman, left his residence in the 3000 block of Mallory Loop at approximately 5 pm tonight. David is described as a light skin Hispanic man 5'6", 150 lbs. with black hair, brown eyes wearing a safety orange shirt, grey cut-off sweats, black shoes white soles no shoelaces carrying brown grey teddy bear. David's hair today is a little longer and he has a short beard.
If anyone has information of David Proa whereabouts or has seen him is urged to contact the Kingman Police Department at 928-753-2191.
