Phoenix Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for Florence Kroulik, white female, 92 years old, 5’04” tall, 190 pounds, gray hair with hazel eyes. Florence was last seen on Friday May 3rd, 2024, at 9:00 P.M. in the area of North 7th Street and East Greenway Road. She was wearing a blue floral button up pajamas and uses a pink cane to walk. Florence suffers from a medical condition which may cause her to appear confused. Please contact the Phoenix Police Department with any information.
