Roger is a white male, 6 feet 1 inches tall, 170 pounds, with blue eyes and gray hair. Roger was last seen wearing an army hat, dark blue t-shirt, black pants, black jacket around his waist, and tennis shoes. Roger was last seen leaving his residence around 1030 hours, on foot, around West Sweetwater and 176th Drive in Surprise, Arizona. Roger suffers from various medical conditions.
