Phoenix Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for Kao Chien Chang. He is a 73-year-old Asian male being approximately five (5) feet two (2) inches tall and weighing approximately 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. On Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at approximately 12:00pm Kao Chien was last seen in the area of South 2nd Street and East Alta Vista Road on foot. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, plaid pants, and black sandals. Kao Chien suffers from a medical condition which may cause him to become confused and easily lost.
