The vehicle does not have any license plate(s) affixed to it and has a large dent in the front passenger door along with white scrapes on the passenger front quarter panel from a previous crash. He was last seen wearing a light blue tank top, blue jeans and black slippers.

He is described as a 69-year-old black male being approximately five (5) feet five (5) inches tall and weighing approximately 170 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Wayne suffers from a medical condition which may cause him to become confused and easily lost.
