A Silver Alert has been issued for Maricopa County. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The Mesa Police Department is looking for 17-year-old Isaiah Armstrong. Isaiah is a black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and khaki pants and orange shoes carrying an orange draw string backpack, Isaiah also has braces. He was last seen on foot August 12, 2024, at 4:25 P.M. when he left his residence in the area of University and Lindsey in Mesa, Arizona. Isaiah is familiar with riding the light rail. Isaiah suffers from a condition which can make him seem to become lost or easily confused.
