Elton is described as a 94-year-old white male, is 5 feet 11 inches tall, 185 pounds, with white hair and blue eyes. It is unknown what Elton was last seen wearing. Elton suffers from a medical condition which may cause him to become confused and easily lost. Elton also goes by the first name of Duane.
